Do you repair Thermador Pro Grand and Pro Harmony ranges?

Yes — both are regular work for us, along with Thermador rangetops and wall ovens. Igniters, spark modules, oven elements, convection motors, sensors and control modules are all serviceable parts we handle routinely.

My Thermador Star Burner clicks but won’t light — what is it?

A wet or cracked igniter electrode, a burner cap that isn’t seated, or a spark module that has failed. Because Star Burners have a distinctive igniter position, a mis-seated cap is a common cause after cleaning. Stop using the burner and call us if gas is flowing without ignition.

The Thermador oven won’t heat or heats unevenly — can it be fixed?

Yes. On dual-fuel models it is usually the bake element, convection element or relay board; on all-gas models the oven igniter. Uneven baking points to the convection fan or the temperature sensor. All are single-visit repairs on most models.

Do you offer same-day Thermador range repair?
