We started Appliances Pro in 2008 with a simple idea: show up when we say we will, quote the price before the work starts, and fix it right the first time. Sixteen years and thousands of repairs later, that’s still how every job runs.
We’re not a franchise or a call center. Our technicians live right here in Northern Virginia — the same neighborhoods we serve. When you call, a real person answers. When we visit, we treat your home like our own.
How We Work
Since 2008 we’ve run on three habits: answer the phone, quote before we touch anything, and stand behind the work. The diagnostic fee is waived when you proceed with the repair, and every job carries a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty.
We’re a service-area business — there’s no storefront to visit because our shop is the truck. Technicians cover Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun counties and the Warrenton area — plus Washington, DC — every day, 7 AM to 9 PM, stocked with the parts that fix most problems in one visit.

Sonny came day after I contacted them and diagnosed but it could have been one or more of different issues. He addressed most probable issue and followed up with me the next two days. That repair didn’t fix issue so he came back that Monday and seeing how last fix effected things, he was able to figure out exact cause. Jay and his assistant came out Wednesday and did repairs necessary to resolve issue. They were great communicating and following up from start to finish. They were fair on their pricing. They genuinely care about customer care and doing the right thing. I will definitely use them again. They are a family owned business and it shows in how they run their business. Nothing but positive experience.

These guys were prompt, respectful, and professional. They correctly diagnosed the problem with our dryer (faulty blower), had the replacement part on hand, and completed the work efficiently. The thing is purring like a kitten! They even swept the floor of the laundry room before leaving. Highly recommend.

There is nothing worse than your packed refrigerator breaking down without warning especially over the weekend when most service providers are unavailable. I took a leap of faith and called Appliance Pros and while they weren’t available to come out on Sunday, they were able to come out on Monday morning. Jay was knowledgeable and kind while I evaluating the unfortunately the compressor was the issue and would need to be replaced. From there Jay worked with me to identify the best option, he investigated warranties, working on getting the replacement parts quickly and returning within 2 days to get my fridge back in working order all while stay in contact to confirm next steps. I can’t say enough about how refreshing it was to receive this level of customer service. Thank you for everything!

They were able to service my washer next day. We have a stacked washer/dryer so I assumed it would’ve taken a lot longer but they were in and out in 2 hours!
My washer wasn’t draining and was pooling water in the drum. They took down my dryer and took apart my washer to find the source of the issue.
He was very communicative and friendly. And he was very respectful of our space/house. Even when my dog would bark and get annoying (my dog is scared of everyone/everything).

I called Nick yesterday, and he arrived within 2–3 hours to diagnose our washer. He returned today and fixed it quickly. Great service, fair pricing, and very professional. Highly recommend!
