Services

Appliances Pro Inc provides appliance repair, installation, maintenance, and HVAC services throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. Service availability, scheduling, and same-day options depend on technician availability, location, and the nature of the repair. We will always confirm your appointment before dispatching a technician.

Estimates & Pricing

We charge a service call fee to diagnose an issue, which is waived when you proceed with the recommended repair. You will receive a clear, upfront quote before any work is performed. Prices for parts and labor may vary based on the appliance, brand, and the specific repair required. Some repairs may require ordering parts, which can affect the completion timeline.

Warranty

Repairs performed by Appliances Pro Inc are backed by a 90-Day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will return and make it right at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated problems, damage caused by misuse, or work performed by others. Full details are available on our warranty page.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when your appointment is scheduled and at the time of service.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer the time slot to another customer.

Text Messages & Phone Calls

When you provide your phone number through our booking form or by phone, you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message about your service request — including appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, and follow-up about the work performed. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by calling us. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from contacting you by phone about a scheduled appointment. Our full practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
