Jay was responsive in communications and timely in his troubleshooting and assessment. When the parts came in and that did not fix the issue, he was honest and candid that the total cost of more new parts on a 10 year old washer might be better spent on a new washer. He shared his experience and observations of reliability on various brands. He only charged us the service call fee and we bought a new washer at Home Depot. The part, which has to be ordered, is easy to install. Rather than push the installation on me he suggested I could save money and do it myself.
