My Monogram refrigerator is warm but the freezer is cold — what is it?
Almost always airflow: a failed evaporator fan, a defrost system that has let the coil ice over, or a stuck damper between the two sections. All three are single-visit repairs on most Monogram models.
The Monogram ice maker stopped making ice — can it be fixed?
Usually. Monogram ice makers fail at the water inlet valve, the fill tube (frozen), the ice maker module itself or the water filter. We check the water supply and filter first, then the module.

A Monogram that runs but won’t hold temperature is usually a failed evaporator fan, a condenser coil packed with dust, a condenser fan motor or, on older units, the compressor or start relay. We diagnose the sealed system properly before recommending any major repair.
Freezer Fine, Refrigerator Warm
Cold air moves from the freezer to the fresh-food section through a damper and an evaporator fan. When the fan fails or the evaporator ices over from a defrost fault, the freezer stays cold and the refrigerator warms. Both are common and repairable.
Ice Maker Not Working or Leaking
Monogram ice makers stop for a frozen fill tube, a failed inlet valve, a clogged filter or a worn-out ice maker module. Leaks and ice on the freezer floor usually mean a cracked fill cup or a stuck valve. We stock the common parts for current models.
Water Dispenser Slow or Dead
A slow dispenser is most often a filter past its life or a partially frozen line in the door; a dead one is the dispenser switch, the inlet valve or the control board. We check the simple causes first.
Frost, Ice or Water Inside
Frost on the back wall or water pooling under the crisper points to a defrost heater, defrost thermostat or control failure, or a clogged defrost drain. Left alone, it leads to a warm refrigerator; fixed early it is a quick repair.
Door Gasket, Hinges or Noise
Panel-ready Monogram doors are heavy; worn gaskets, sagging hinges and closer cams let warm air in and make the compressor run constantly. A loud hum or rattle is usually a fan blade touching ice or a failing fan motor. All are serviceable.
