Factory-Trained on LG
Front-load and top-load direct-drive — our techs work LG’s OE, UE, LE and IE error codes daily and know the direct-drive platform inside out.
What Fails Most on LG Washers
Drain & Balance Errors (OE / UE) — OE means a clogged drain pump or filter; UE means worn suspension letting the tub go off-balance. They’re the two most common LG washer calls we run, and both are one-visit fixes.
Codes Before Parts
Give us your model and the code on the display when you book. It narrows the diagnosis before we arrive and lets us come prepared when the part is one we stock — and if it is a special-order item, you hear that upfront, with a timeline, before any work begins.
How Every Job Works
Honest diagnosis, clear quote before any work, FREE service call with repair, and a 90-day parts & labor warranty.

Yes — call (703) 916-1130 before noon and we can usually have a technician out the same day, seven days a week, anywhere in Northern Virginia or DC.
What does the LG OE code mean?
Drain error — the washer can’t empty. Usually a clogged drain pump filter or a failed drain pump. We carry LG drain pumps on the truck, so it’s typically a same-visit fix.
My LG keeps stopping with a UE code — why?
UE means the load is out of balance. If it happens on every cycle — even small loads — the suspension is worn and the tub can’t self-center. Replacing the suspension restores normal spins.
What about the LE code on my LG washer?
LE is a motor lock error on LG’s direct-drive motor — often the hall sensor rather than the motor itself. It’s an inexpensive part when caught correctly, which is exactly why proper diagnosis matters.
My LG front-loader leaks at the door — is that fixable?
Yes — a torn or moldy door boot gasket is a routine LG front-load repair. We replace the boot in one visit and the leak (and the smell) goes with it.

A worn drive belt, failed lid switch, or clogged drain pump can stop the drum or leave clothes soaking. We identify the failed component and get your laundry moving again.
Leaking Water
Leaks usually trace back to a worn door boot, loose hose connection, or a failing tub seal. We find where the water is coming from, fix it, and check our work before we go.
Won’t Start or Stops Mid-Cycle
Control board glitches, faulty door locks, and worn timers are the usual suspects. We diagnose the exact cause and give you a flat, upfront quote before any work begins.
LG Error Codes
Modern LG washers display error codes that point toward the failing component. Share the code when you book — it helps our technician diagnose faster and arrive prepared when the needed part is in stock. If a part must be special-ordered, we tell you upfront.
How Much Does It Cost?
Most LG washer repairs fall within a predictable range once the fault is diagnosed. You approve a flat quote before any work begins — and the diagnostic fee is waived with any completed repair.
Repair or Replace?
If the fix costs less than half the price of a comparable new unit and your LG washer is under ten years old, repair usually wins. We give you an honest read either way.
Every LG washer repair visit starts with a clear diagnosis and a flat, upfront quote — no surprises. The completed repair is backed by our 90-day parts and labor warranty, and your service call is FREE with any completed repair.
